All shipments and orders are entirely confidential.

Where we ship and who can shop here:

We ship NON tobacco products to billing addresses in CANADA and the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. We do not ship tobacco products, note: "Pick up only orders" for tobacco products with payment made in store only.

Under no circumstances can an order be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Shopping at Baracoa Tobacconist:

It gives us great pleasure to now offer those of you who aren't close to our store in London, Ontario, a chance to browse and shop! The website was designed for easy navigation and is essentially our store catalog, full of product information and pricing.

Your order is placed and submitted online using our site but payment is done over the phone. Once an order is placed and payment is made all particulars relating to that order are recorded and tracked along with email confirmation. We may also follow up and contact you once the parcel has arrived to ensure you were satisfied with the entire process. If an item is not available, we will certainly try to provide you with an alternative.

Baracoa Tobacconist reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we do cancel an order and you were billed, we will refund the full amount.

Minimum/Maximum Orders: The minimum order before shipping and taxes is $50.00 (fifty dollars). A built in maximum limit is also in effect on our site and your order cannot be processed if it exceeds this limit. You will be contacted to discuss options if available that would enable the order to be processed.

Shipping Info, Rates, Canadian Taxes (HST or GST):

We ship by Fedex or Canada Post (USPS). You will receive an email with a link and tracking number.

Your order may be delivered at any time during the business day, the specific time of delivery is not available. Your order can be shipped to your work address or an alternate address (e.g. as a gift). If you are shipping to an alternate address please make sure to enter your Billing address EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card statement for verification.
If it is a gift please indicate in the comments section upon checkout so that a receipt with the price will not be included.

Your order will be shipped to the address of your choice (excluding P.O. Boxes) and will normally arrive within 4-7 business days within Canada and 7-10 business days for U.S.A.

Shipping rates may be subject to change without notice.

Sales tax (HST or GST) is charged according to the Province or Territory to which the item is shipped. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipped to locations outside of Canada.

Signature Requirements:

Even though the package contents are NON tobacco, your order will be shipped with an Adult Signature Requirement. When receiving the package and adult (19 years or older) must sign for the package. Under no circumstances will the package be released if an adult is not present to sign for it.

Cancelling Items or Changing Orders:

If your order has been shipped it CANNOT be modified.

Payment Methods:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, or Email money transfer.

Undeliverable Packages:

On the odd occasion packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.

Returns:

The only way to initiate a return is by calling Baracoa Tobacconist during our business hours at 1-519-679-2447. At that time, a decision will be made about the correct way to handle the matter.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization/approval by Baracoa Tobacconist. Once your return is approved, send it back with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 15 days of the date you receive this product. The item must be returned within this time frame we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method (less shipping costs). To safeguard you from fraud and for our own auditing controls we may require photo ID to confirm identity particulars. Any information collected will be in accordance with Baracoa Tobacconist's privacy policy.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Any claims must be made directly to the Manufacturer providing the warranty, except for any Xikar, Vertigo, Black Lotus products which can be returned and exchanged through Baracoa Tobacconist.

Baracoa Tobacconist does not accept returns of the following items:

* Liquids such as propylene glycol
* Any product missing the serial number, UPC, or it's packaging
* Any item that does not appear to be in new condition
* Any item not purchased from Baracoa Tobacconist
* Customized products, engraved items.
* Any clearance items
